1-Policy:
Company policy mandates first order is COD. Net 30 is subject to credit check. If you would like to establish terms with our company you may start the process by completing a credit application. Company accepts ACH, check and the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card and American Express. All orders must meet a required minimum of $55.00, any orders which do not meet required minimum will be subject to the invoice fee and receive invoices totaling $55.00.
2-Turnaround Time:
Our calibration turnaround time is 5-7 Business-Days, not including repairs. In the event repairs are required and approved, completion may take an additional 10 Business-Days or longer, aside from the initial 5-7-Days. Please note Repairs cannot be expedited). In order to comply to 24-Hour, 48-Hour and 72-Hour expedites, instruments must arrive at Micro Quality’s facility by 10:30am to begin processing that day. If received after 10:30am the clock will start on the following business day.
Expedite service is available at additional charges per item:24-Hours: $50.00 or 60% of the calibration price, per item, whichever is greater.48-Hours: $35.00 or 40% of the calibration price, per item, whichever is greater. 72-Hours: $25.00 or 30% of the calibration price, per item, whichever is greater.
3-Quotations:
Price quotations will be available and forwarded to e-mail address on file; please note if a calibration price quotation is required before calibration is approved to begin, please make sure to state such instructions on Purchase Orders and/or paperwork provided with instruments. All quotations are only valid for 90-Days.
4-Shipping Insurance:
Note: When shipping items on Micro Quality Calibration Inc. freight account, item(s) must be insured to their full value. You may waive your right for insurance on freight when utilizing your own shipping account. Should no insurance be applied it is understood Micro Quality Calibration Inc., waives liability in the event damages occur during shipment from (MQC) facility to designated facility.
5-Repair Authorization:
Micro Quality Calibration Inc. will need to calibrate/evaluate troubleshoot any items before a detailed repair quote may be given (only then can (MQC) provide a repair estimate) for items. No work will commence until repairs are authorized. Should an item fail calibration - If the repair(s) are denied, item will be sent Reject with a certificate (and data) and/or (MQC) will repair, if approved, and calibrate the instrument providing a certificate (with data).
6-Repair Evaluation/Calibration Fee:
MQC will only charge once for calibration and certification (with data), meaning: In the event an item is found to be in need of repair; the repair charge is quoted to include the initial calibration/evaluation fee; however, in the event an item is not approved for repair the initial calibration/evaluation fee will still apply.Repairs may require additional time beyond our standard turnaround time. Repair charges will vary and include 1) parts needed to satisfy the manufacturer type and model number of the precision measurement equipment and 2) hourly labor charge for our OEM trained technicians. All repairs will be advised and need approval prior to repair work commencing.
7-Required Information:
To avoid any delays in processing items the following information must be received with instrument(s): Item ID (Instrument identification number) Cycle Interval (Six or 12-Month Cycle), Purchase Order (Purchase Order does not have to be provided, however, a purchase order number must be given as reference to order), Standard and/or Accredited Calibration, and any special instructions (MQC) must abide by should be noted as well.8-Business Relationship:
Each party acknowledges that the other party's employees and contractors are valuable business assets. Each party agrees that, so long as discussions, negotiations or a business relationship between the parties continues, and for one (1) year thereafter, it shall not (for itself or for any third party) divert or attempt to divert from the other party any employee or contractor, through solicitation or otherwise.
9-Resale:
The CA Resale Certificate will apply if any parts and/or equipment purchased from Micro Quality Calibration, Inc. will be resold by your company. If you are claiming resale for the company, please complete and submit the CA Resale Certificate and please specify the type of items that will be resold in section #5. Calibration services are not taxable. You can send the completed form to support@microqualitycal.com. If you will not be reselling items purchased from our company, you do not need to complete the form and your account will be subject to sales tax when/if purchasing items.
